Job Description:

A company is looking for an Instrument Data Integration Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Convert instrument outputs into standardized data models to streamline downstream analysis and ensure consistent instrument measurements
Collect, evaluate, and compare instrument data output files to determine standardization across instruments in a given category
Define requirements for input instructions and ingesting instrument results data from software that controls instruments, in addition to standardizing the data to the Allotrope data model

Qualifications:

Subject matter expertise in one or several instrument categories
Experience integrating software systems that manage instrument data with LIMS, electronic notebook, or other downstream systems
Data modeling experience, particularly in the realm of bio-tech
Familiarity with JSON concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
