And we are better with you.------We are looking for a--Superintendent of Operations--to join our team and support the Natural Ingredients business in Deming, New Mexico. --You will serve as the primary supervisor for all facility-wide activities as well as primary administrative responsibilities on a given shift. This position is the highest acting authority on site during off hours.--Primary area of focus is to ensure production schedules are met while maintaining product quality levels and a safe working environment.What--you'll do:----Assure proper and efficient use of staff and equipment to meet production needs on assigned shifts while maintaining cost and overtime to a minimumEnsures that all product is produced conforms to product specificationsAssists in maintaining, creating, and enforcing accurate policies and procedures across entire facilityFoster a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing all safety policies and regulationsAccommodates training of assigned shift employees to ensure their knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures relating to the safety, quality, and productivity for their assigned areasAnalyzes area operations and recommends measures for continuous improvement.
