Job Summary Responsible for the day-to-day operations, budgeting, financial management, human resource management, and development of Telehealth and virtual services, which includes establishing meeting and continuously monitoring the goals and objectives while maintaining alignment with the strategic goals and objectives. Provides recommendations on the strategic vision of the Telehealth and virtual services to the Neighborhood Health Center (NHC) leadership and hospital executive leadership. Function as a leader within the NHC leadership, serving as the programmatic and operational leader, and participates in strategic planning and helping to ensure the efficient operation of the Telehealth and virtual services are delivered within the NHC continuum. Skills 1. Solid problem solving and time management skills. 2. Excellent communication skill (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, and organizational skills to work collaboratively with administrative Associates and Providers and other organizations. 3. Strong attention to detail and highly organized. 4. Highly creative and demonstrated ability to deliver innovative approaches to problem resolution. 5. Strong programmatic leadership skills for expanding Telehealth services. Work Experience Five years of Management/Supervisory experience required. Strong experience working with project management, and performance improvement. Experience with Telehealth and/or Telemedicine operations, regulations, and industry best practices preferred. License/Registration/Certification Certified Professional in Healthcare Information & Management Systems (CPHIMS) preferred. Education and Training Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field required. Master degree required
