As an Entry Level Marketing and Communications Assistant, you will immerse yourself in comprehensive training, gaining foundational knowledge of direct marketing principles, brand messaging, and the telecommunications industry. You'll develop expertise in preparing and distributing impactful marketing materials, supporting promotional events, and ensuring consistent brand communication across our face-to-face initiatives. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Marketing and Communications Assistant Support client marketing efforts by helping create and distribute marketing materials like flyers, brochures, product sheets, and signage. Assist in executing local marketing events, pop-up activations, and community outreach by handling setup, coordination, and materials. Support consistent Verizon 5G brand messaging in consumer interactions and marketing materials. Liaise with field sales and customer service teams to gather feedback on marketing materials and identify opportunities for improved communication effectiveness. Assist in basic market research activities, such as collecting feedback from potential customers or gathering competitive intelligence from the field. Support internal communications by helping to prepare updates, success stories, or training materials for the direct marketing team. Help manage inventory of marketing supplies and promotional items, ensuring adequate stock for ongoing campaign needs. Assist with administrative tasks for the marketing and communications department, including data entry, organizing files, and scheduling meetings.
