ABOUT THE TEAM
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
POSITION TITLE: -SAP iXp Intern - Corporate Development
LOCATION: - -Newtown Square - Please note that roles will be remote
until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings

IN THIS ROLE,
PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
- SAP Corporate Development's primary responsibilities:
- Execute mergers and acquisitions and other strategic
transactions
- Provide financial analysis, valuation expertise, and guidelines
to support corporate strategy
- The coordinate comprehensive due diligence process
- Negotiate and execute acquisition opportunities
- Coordinate post-merger integration (PMI) and monitor
post-acquisition activities
- Perform post-audits
WHO YOU ARE:

stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects
and are energized by lifelong learning.
EXPECTATIONS & TASKS
Main responsibilities include the following:
- Assist in researching software sectors, specific companies, and
strategic areas for growth
- Maintain knowledge base for company profiles, banking contacts,
acquisitions, and strategic investments
- Research and report on M&A activity in the global software
market
- Complete other tasks and projects requested by the Corporate
Development team
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
- Ability and motivation for self-learning
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and respond to
requests under tight deadlines and in a dynamic working
environment
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS -(degrees, class completion, etc.)
Undergraduate majors in Business Administration: - Finance,
Accounting, Management
QUALIFICATIONS: - - Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in
an undergraduate, program that is applicable to the position.
