Job Description:
Memorial Medical CenterAssembles and reviews the medical record
of discharged patients for completeness (inpatient, emergency
department, ambulatory surgery, endoscopy, observation, etc.).
Files and retrieves confidential patient records. Will be
responsible for answering phones and responding to requests for
releasing patient information. Will be trained to scan documents
for the electronic medical record.
