in-person support, ensuring exceptional customer experiences,

AT&T’s reputation for excellence. Your Role at a Glance As a
Client Service Associate for our AT&T campaign, you’ll be the
key contact for existing customers, ensuring satisfaction through
face-to-face engagement, expert guidance, and seamless issue
resolution. Your ability to optimize accounts, clarify billing, and
troubleshoot strengthens AT&T’s reputation while fostering
long-term customer loyalty. Essential Functions of the Client
Service Associate Engage directly with AT&T customers in a
retail or event-based environment to address a wide range of
service inquiries and account needs. Provide clear, concise, and
empathetic explanations of AT&T billing statements, service
plans, features, and contractual details. Guide customers through
basic troubleshooting steps for AT&T mobile devices, internet
connectivity, and TV services. Assist customers with account
updates, service modifications, and the activation of new features
or add-ons. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and
concerns with professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution
whenever possible. Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all
customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions within CRM
systems. Educate customers on how to maximize the value of their
AT&T services and identify opportunities for service
optimization or retention. De-escalate challenging customer
situations with a calm and composed demeanor, turning potentially
negative experiences into positive outcomes. Stay comprehensively
updated on all AT&T product offerings, service policies,
promotional campaigns, and common technical troubleshooting
procedures. Collaborate effectively with sales teams and leadership
to ensure a holistic approach to customer satisfaction and service
delivery.
