This pivotal role directly involves providing essential, in-person support to our direct sales team, streamlining operations & enhancing our ability to connect customers with cutting-edge Verizon 5G solutions. As a Verizon Sales Support Associate, you will immerse yourself in comprehensive training, gaining a deep understanding of Verizon 5G services & effective sales support strategies. You'll develop expertise in pre-qualifying potential customers, managing sales collateral efficiently, & facilitating smooth interactions that enable our sales representatives to maximize their success in the El Paso market. Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Support Associate Assist sales representatives in their daily activities, acting as an essential support for the Verizon 5G customer acquisition process. Conduct initial customer engagement & pre-screening, helping to identify qualified leads and warm up potential customers for the sales team. Manage and organize sales collateral, including brochures, flyers, promotional materials, and sign-up packets, ensuring sales representatives are always well-equipped. Provide basic educational information about Verizon 5G products & services to interested individuals, answering initial questions to generate further interest. Facilitate the smooth flow of customer interactions, helping to manage queues or direct individuals to the appropriate sales representative at events or pop-up locations. Assist with basic administrative tasks in the field, such as light data entry, logging initial customer interactions, or preparing necessary paperwork for sales completion. Help set up & dismantle promotional booths or display areas at community events, local fairs, or designated high-traffic zones. Maintain a positive & professional demeanor while representing both Verizon & NFS Solutions, Inc., contributing to a favorable brand image. Troubleshoot basic, non-sales-related inquiries to ensure sales representatives can remain focused on their core selling activities. Communicate effectively with the sales team to understand their daily needs, provide real-time support, & relay important field observations. Assist with customer information verification or preliminary eligibility checks to streamline the sales process for representatives. Attend daily team meetings and training to discuss strategy and improve knowledge of Verizon 5G and sales support best practices.
