Representative, you will immerse yourself in comprehensive
training, gaining expert knowledge of Verizon 5G products and
services, as well as mastering direct consumer engagement
strategies and brand advocacy techniques. You'll develop expertise
in initiating compelling conversations, educating potential
customers on the unique value proposition of Verizon, skillfully
demonstrating how 5G enhances daily life, and efficiently
completing the sales and enrollment process. Key Responsibilities
of the Brand Sales Representative Enthusiastically represent
Verizon 5G and convey their dedication to innovation, quality, and
customer service in all in-person interactions. Engage potential El
Paso metro area residential customers, discussing their wireless
and internet needs within assigned territories. Clearly explain
Verizon 5G wireless plans, devices, and 5G Home Internet benefits
and advantages to consumers in simple terms. Deliver persuasive
sales presentations and demonstrations highlighting how Verizon 5G
solutions address individual customer needs and improve their
lifestyles. Actively listen to customers and ask effective
questions to understand their connectivity needs, then recommend
suitable Verizon 5G solutions. Skillfully overcome customer
objections and address concerns by reinforcing Verizon's brand
strengths, service reliability, and value proposition. Close sales
and complete Verizon 5G customer enrollments, including eligibility
verification, data capture, and order processing via tablet.
Consistently exceed sales quotas and KPIs while upholding brand
standards. Maintain an expert-level, up-to-date understanding of
all current Verizon 5G products, services, promotions, pricing
structures, and the competitive landscape. Manage assigned sales
territories effectively, planning routes, prioritizing prospects,
and maximizing time spent engaging potential customers. Offer
initial support and establish clear expectations for service
activation or installation to ensure a seamless onboarding for new
Verizon 5G customers.
