An events and promotions business is currently being represented in the search for one Sports-Focused Sales Assistant to support face-to-face sales campaigns across El Paso. The position is centered around live events where performance, consistency, and contribution matter. This is an in-person role based at organised promotional and retail event locations. The work is active, structured, and team-driven. About the Opportunity The Sports-Focused Sales Assistant supports live sales campaigns by working directly with customers at scheduled events throughout El Paso. Campaigns are planned in advance and run as a team, with clear daily objectives and expectations. The role suits someone who enjoys staying active during the workday, responding quickly to different situations, and contributing to a shared outcome rather than working in isolation. How the Role Plays Out Each event day starts with preparation — setting up the space and aligning on goals for the day. From there, the focus shifts to customer interaction. Conversations are direct and professional, built around understanding what people are looking for and explaining current offers clearly. Energy, awareness, and follow-through matter. Some moments are fast-paced and busy, others require patience and focus. Performance is measured through engagement, consistency, and results across the day. At a practical level, the role involves: Being visible and proactive at live promotional events Engaging customers confidently and professionally Communicating offers in a clear, straightforward way Supporting face-to-face sales and sign-ups Helping maintain the setup, flow, and presentation of each event Taking ownership of individual contribution while working as part of a team Pay & Training Pay is issued weekly and reflects a mix of base pay, commission, and performance bonuses. Weekly earnings typically fall in the 650–850 range, depending on event schedules and individual contribution. All training is provided, with continued support available once campaigns begin. Progression This position is intended as a strong foundation. Consistent performance can lead to increased responsibility over time, including supporting new starters or assisting with event leadership.
