5G (D2D) campaign! NFS Solutions, Inc. , a collaborative team where
driven individuals push each other to succeed, prioritizes making a
tangible impact on telecom client growth through direct customer
engagement. We are now looking for an enthusiastic,
solution-oriented, and bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer
Service Representative in El Paso. This key role in our Verizon 5G
campaign involves delivering top-tier, in-person customer service
to customers, ensuring satisfaction with their advanced services in
any language. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you
will immerse yourself in comprehensive training, gaining expert
knowledge of Verizon 5G products, services, and customer service
techniques. You'll develop expertise in proactively addressing
customer inquiries, providing hands-on product education, and
efficiently resolving service-related concerns directly at the
customer's location, all while seamlessly communicating in both
English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer
Service Representative Serve as a primary, bilingual point of
contact for existing Verizon 5G customers, engaging face-to-face in
their homes or designated community areas. Expertly assist
customers with Verizon 5G inquiries, accounts, billing, and basic
technical troubleshooting in their preferred language. Patiently
educate English- and Spanish-speaking customers on Verizon 5G Home
Internet and mobile services, clearly explaining complex technical
details. Maintain real-time, accurate customer account information
using digital tools, meticulously documenting all interactions,
including language. Address customer issues directly and
empathetically in their preferred language, aiming for
first-contact resolution and a positive experience. Highlight the
advantages of Verizon 5G, emphasizing its speed and advanced
features to customers, adapting the message to cultural nuances as
needed. Act as a linguistic bridge between sales/installation teams
and bilingual customers, ensuring smooth post-acquisition
experiences. Proactively address potential issues in the customer's
native language to ensure satisfaction with Verizon and identify
customer retention opportunities. Fluent bilingual representative
needed with thorough and current knowledge of all Verizon 5G
products, pricing, promotions, and service updates. Strictly adhere
to all Verizon and NFS Solutions, Inc. policies and procedures,
including data privacy, security, and ethical customer engagement
in all interactions. Actively participate in daily team meetings
and ongoing training, contributing bilingual customer insights to
continuously improve service delivery skills.
