registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. Providing expert perioperative nursing care in a
high-acuity environment, this opportunity is based in Canutillo,
TX, at a Level I trauma center. This contract role requires a
registered nurse skilled in operating room procedures across
multiple surgical specialties, including general, trauma,
neurosurgery, and cardiovascular surgeries. With a night shift
schedule of three 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM), this
position is ideal for those ready to advance their career within a
dynamic and fast-paced surgical setting. Key Qualifications and
Experience: Minimum of 2 years RN experience in an operating room,
preferably at a Level I trauma center Exposure to general surgery,
trauma surgery, neurosurgery, and cardiovascular surgery cases
Valid certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required Ability
and willingness to take on-call responsibilities Experience
accepted even from first-time OR nurses meeting the above criteria
State nursing license required; pending licenses are not accepted
Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care
in accordance with established protocols and guidelines Collaborate
with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR team members to
ensure patient safety and quality outcomes Maintain sterile field
and manage surgical instruments and equipment competently Respond
effectively to trauma situations and acute surgical emergencies
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
