Job Description Core Medical-Perm is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) ICU - Intensive Care Unit Director for a nursing job in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/31/2026 - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Staff Director of Critical Care/ICU Experience Required: Seven years healthcare experience with at least three years experience in a leadership role. Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred. Previous leadership, program development, budget and productivity, and clinical experience required. Must possess strong human relations and interpersonal skills.
