Job Description:
Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores, renowned for providing

United States, is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the
operations of one of our busy restaurant facilities. This
leadership role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of
service and quality that our customers expect. The successful
candidate will be responsible for managing all facets of the
restaurants operations to ensure profitability, maintaining Love's
high standards of customer service, and upholding our companys
values and vision. Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant,
ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of
operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer
relations, inventory management, and facility maintenance. Lead and
develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, training,
and performance management. Manage budget and financial plans,
aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining high levels of
customer service and quality. Ensure full compliance with health
and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for both staff
and guests. Address customer needs, complaints, and issues swiftly
and effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction. Strong
leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to manage and oversee multiple tasks
simultaneously Financial acumen with capability to prepare and
manage budgets Problem-solving skills and capability to work under
