in search of two (2) dynamic Sales Professionals for our office in
Scottsdale, Arizona, and another for our office in El Paso, Texas.
As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the growth of
the sales department and Atlas Factoring, LLC. You will work to
develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms,
and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Your goal as the
Sales Executive will be to help Atlas Factoring, Inc. meet and
surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid
and sustainable growth. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange
meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new
opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while
attracting new ones. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations
on products and services Create frequent reviews and reports with
sales and financial data Participate on behalf of the company in
exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle
complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve
better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and
share with internal teams Creating contracts and sending them to
clients Assist the Director of Business Development with contracts
and follow up on leads. Adding leads to Salesforce.com Generating
Marketing Material Online chat on our website with prospects Create
detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and
quotas. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to
securing a deal Unearth new sales opportunities through networking
and turn them into long-term partnerships Perform at least 50 cold
calls a day Be able to close 10-15 deals per month Commit to a
multimillion-dollar quota in the first year Be able to recruit
referral partners nationwide Present products to prospective
clients Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the
customers’ dedication. Maintain regular contact with clients under
your responsibility to understand their needs. Respond to
complaints and resolve issues, aiming for customer contentment and
the preservation of the company’s reputation Negotiate agreements
and keep records of sales and data Additional duties as assigned ZR
Requirements: Training in sales management and/or marketing is a
plus, although not required, as years of work experience in
business and sales are a key consideration in place of education.
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development Proficiency
in English and Spanish Excellent knowledge of MS Office Hands-on
experience with CRM software is a plus Thorough understanding of
marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner with a passion
for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in
delivering attractive presentations Associate’s or Bachelor’s
degree in business administration or related field Atlas Factoring
